Well it is all over now. From numerous messages I believe everybody enjoyed themselves. Ironically I could not attend as my SP250 suffered a mechanical malfunction on the way to Solihull, for the Dinner. By the time the car was recovered and transported home we missed the entire event.
I am sure everybody will join me in giving our thanks to Glyn Overy and his support team, especially Tony Cartwright and Barry Thorne, for a tremendous effort which culminated in a successful couple of days. We now look forward to the 70th, so start planning gentlemen.
Particular thanks go to our friends from abroad who made the effort to join us, and also to those who provided financial and other support.
